Steven Stahl is co-founder and president of Consultants for Innovative Instruction (CI2), East and recently completed work as project manager and instructional designer for Web-based training for IBM under contract with UVM and course development for University of Nevada, Reno. Until March, 2002, Stahl was senior instructional technologist for Norwich University (Vermont) supporting Web-based learning in distance and blended distance/face-to-face environments. Prior, Stahl founded and implemented a statewide interactive television-based early childhood special education training program for community-based providers, now in its eight year of operation.
