P. A. Gantt has spent more than 25 years working with Human Resource Development (HRD) and technological instruction in elementary, secondary and higher education. Her recent training experience includes undergraduate and graduate technology support, Internet, applications course instruction, planning, and material design.

Currently, Gantt works with Electronic Media Design and Support for a Small Office/Home Office (SOHO) consulting service, and is an adjunct faculty member in Human Resource Development at the University of Tennessee, as well as an adjunct instructor in the Computer Science Technology Department of Pellissippi State, Knoxville, Tennessee. She is also a virtual intern with The Technology Source and On the Horizon.
