Lynn Bradshaw is an associate professor in the Department of Educational Leadership in the School of Education at East Carolina University. She teaches courses in administration, supervision, and program evaluation for educational leaders in master's, sixth year, and doctoral programs. She participated in the department's pilot distance delivery project and has continued to use mixed delivery strategies to strengthen instruction and address student needs.

Bradshaw has worked in four North Carolina public school districts as a teacher, principal, and central office administrator in the area of personnel and staff development. In her role as personnel services coordinator for Region Three (SDPI) from 1988 to 1991, she worked with 18 school districts and area teacher education institutions to develop and support improvement initiatives in personnel and staff development.
