Ken Stevenson

Ken Stevenson is a professor in the Department of Educational Leadership and Policies at the University of South Carolina. He is a former teacher, principal, and district staff member. He also worked four years with the Florida Department of Education. Ken has just completed ten years as a member of the Board of Examiners of the National Council for the Accreditation of Teacher Education. Currently, he co-chairs the Editorial Advisory Committee of the Association of School Business Officials. He has published over 40 articles and chapters on education issues and is the co-editor of two books: The Best of the NASSP Bulletin: Readings in Secondary School Administration, and School Business Management in the Twenty-first Century. A new book he recently co-authored, The School Business Administrator, is due for release this spring. Ken has an undergraduate degree in psychology from Florida State University and a doctorate in educational administration from the University of Florida.
