Katie Kashmanian is director of K-12 Operations for Innovative Designs for Education (IDE) Corporation. As a consultant in the school reform arena, she partners with educators to help them take fullest advantage of the opportunities afforded by technology and to address the challenges of local, state, and national standards in order to best prepare students for success in the 21st century. Kashmanian is project director for IDE's Technology Infusion ToolKit, a professional development CD designed to help teachers rethink the role of technology in their classroom instruction and to shift their paradigm of teaching and learning.
