Joni Craner is a doctoral student in the Instructional Systems Technology Department at Indiana University and has an MBA from Indiana Wesleyan University. She is a project manager for the Center for Research on Learning and Technology at Indiana University, currently developing a Web site to provide online professional development to teacher educators. Prior to joining the CRLT, Joni worked as a software developer for 15 years.
