Jonathan Gueverra is associate professor at Wentworth Institute of Technology. He teaches undergraduate courses in accounting, economics and organizational behavior. And also teaches leadership and change in the graduate program at Lesley University.

Gueverra was the chair for the Department of Business Administration at Newbury College when the institution made the transition from 2-year to 4-year status and guided the department through its initial state authorization. He has served as faculty, department chair, and associate dean, and at public and private 2-year and 4-year institutions. His publications include "Planning and Decline: Responses by Single Gender Institutions in Massachusetts to Enrollment Decline" in The Review of Higher Education, The Journal of the Association of Higher Education, Summer 2001. This piece is adapted from a larger study entitled "Planning and Decline: Cause Effect and Response," presented at the Annual Conference of the Association for the Advancement of Educational Research, December 1999 and included in Annals of the Joint Meeting of the Advancement of Educational Research and the National Academy for Educational Research 1998-1999. He served on the Board for the Massachusetts Business Educators Association. He has been active with the New England Educational Assessment Network and currently serves on its executive board as the treasurer. Additionally, he serves as a regional representative for the Association for the Advancement of Educational Research. Gueverra consults for colleges and business on areas related to planned change, program development and evaluation and enrollment.
