Jerome Kolbo is the associate dean of the College of Health and Human Sciences at the University of Southern Mississippi. Kolbo is also a professor of social work and teaches courses on research and grant writing. He is the author and co-author of several articles related to the uses of technology in the development, implementation, and evaluation of online courses, academic and social support services, and faculty development initiatives. Kolbo continues to offer an online orientation course each summer with newly admitted graduate students.
