James B. Ellsworth is chief of Evaluation Research and Development, US Army Intelligence Center at Fort Huachuca, Fort Huachuca, Arizona. He holds a BS in marketing and computer-based management systems (minor in technical communications) from Clarkson University, an MBA in management information systems from Syracuse University, and a PhD in instructional design, development, and evaluation from Syracuse University. He has held a variety of training and development positions in Armor and Intelligence, including chief of the Intelligence Center's World Wide Web Office.
