Gene Ranvier comes to the KCVU from Morehead State University where he had held the post of university registrar since 1989.

While at MSU Ranvier was instrumental in creating online, real-time data systems including degree auditing, grade processing, transfer course equivalencies, and a comprehensive online advising system.
