Deborah O'Bannon is an associate professor of Civil and Environmental Engineering at the University of Missouri-Kansas City. O'Bannon teaches environmental engineering courses at the graduate and undergraduate level and conducts research in water quality modeling, and applications of immunoassay to environmental testing. She has taught three distance education courses over the Internet and several real-time video graduate courses.
