Byung-Ro Lim is a PhD candidate in instructional systems technology at Indiana University, Bloomington. He is an assistant to the Web director of the School of Education, Indiana University. He has developed and managed major Web sites, including that of the School of Education, Indiana Educational Policy Center. His interests are distance education, problem-based learning, and professional development for educators. He has written several articles regarding Web design, professional development, and electronic performance support systems that are currently in review by major journals.
